Our Junior Juries group enjoyed a visit from past pupil Cara Gilligan today. They listened to an extract from Global by Eoin Colfer, one of the books nominated for the Children’s Book of Ireland, took part in a discussion and worked on designing and illustrating a sequel. Big thanks to Ms McDermott for organising the Junior Jury, KMPG, Children’s Books Ireland and to Cara for volunteering her time.
